We send all our orders via Royal Mail and charge postage and packing based on their rates. We are quite happy to ship internationally, also using Royal Mail services, though please enquire for a shipping quote before making payment. We try to maintain all patterns in stock and will normally despatch them within two days; reprints of large pattern sheets may take up to ten days but we will endeavour to keep the delay to a minimum.
Please note that nothing will be shipped until payment has been received in full.
You may cancel order for booklets or patterns up to point of posting. We aim to post your order within 2 days of receipt, so please act quickly. To cancel an order, send me an email through the website, clearly stating who you are and which order you wish to cancel.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not normally accept returns, though if the postal service does manage to mangle your order excessively, we will of course make it right. If you feel that you are justifiably due a return, or have failed to receive an item that we sent you, please use the ‘contact us’ link to let us know. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please get in touch with us (do give the post office an extra week, as they sometimes have a ‘wobble’) and we’ll get it re-sent to you.
